Sea Crest School is indeed a welcoming place. From the morning greeting on the front sidewalk to the afternoon goodbye, students feel accepted and valued. Our manageable size allows every student to be known, connected with and cared for on a daily basis. Following our guiding principles, we are a family working together for the good of the whole with every member contributing his or her personal best.
The heart of Sea Crest revolves around our outstanding faculty challenging our students to stretch themselves—to grow each and every day. Our aim is to help students build a solid foundation of academic and life skills so they can be positive contributors to the global community as well as successful students in high school and beyond.
Classes in Technology, Spanish, Art, Music and Drama further enrich our students’ lives. Students participate in PE every day, and, starting in fourth grade, have the opportunity to join Sea Crest teams and compete against other regional schools. Interdisciplinary projects demonstrate the interconnectedness of everything they are studying. Field trips enhance the classroom experience. Each spring, middle schoolers partake in outdoor education adventures and 8th graders culminate their study of United States History with a trip to Washington D.C.
Indeed, there is always a happy buzz of activity at Sea Crest. I invite you to come for a visit to see for yourself the inspiring things happening on our safe and modern campus. We are centrally located on the coast and just 15 minutes from the interchange of highways 280 and 92. Come see what the buzz is all about and envision what you could add to our vibrant community.
I look forward to welcoming you to Sea Crest.
