The flag football season runs from September 1 to October 31. Both girls and boys are welcome to play on the co-ed team. Practices are held once per week after school, and games are also played weekly. During practices, team members focus on passing, catching and blocking. Flag football is a new, and growing, sport at Sea Crest and we encourage those who are interested to come try out for the Varsity team.
