The goal of the technology program at Sea Crest School is to develop students who are competent and confident users of technology.
The students come to the technology class once a week starting in Kindergarten. The class focuses on the major application areas of graphics, word-processing, spreadsheet, multimedia and web page design.
Students are also being taught keyboarding skills. The student-to-computer ratio is 1:1, which allows more opportunity for individual learning. Technology training is project-based and tied in to classroom curriculum.
